As the Production and Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire lifecycle of our product production and logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with the design team, production team, freight forwarders, factories and our Distribution centre to ensure a seamless flow of operations from concept to our Distribution Centre.

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Manage the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes from concept stage to final delivery
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure consistent, on time and cost effective delivery of bulk stock
• Ensuring a high quality standard of product is delivered by working closely with the suppliers on Quality Assurance
• Ensuring all invoicing that’s issued from suppliers, customs and the freight forwarders are correct prior to submitting these to the finance team
• Lead, train, and develop a team of production and logistics staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

VRG GRL is looking for a Production and Design Assistant to join our growing Brisbane based team. As a Production and Design Assistant,  you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Production and Design teams to ensure the seamless creation and delivery of high-quality fashion products. This role requires a combination of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and multitasking skills.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Raise purchase orders when directed making sure all information is carried across all platforms correctly
• Help the Design and Production Team execute tasks such as updating CAD’s, helping to send fit comments, updating specs.
• Work closely with other Design/Production team members across tasks delegated
• Cross checking and updating information in creative schedule/ tracker and Shopify to make sure RRP’s etc are correct before release dates
• Administration support; updating all platforms where needed to ensure all information is up to date
• Help to create wholesale purchase orders
• Complete any ADHOC tasks given

As a Customer Success Assistant at VRG GRL, You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience throughout the process. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships as well as coordinating the returns team day to day. This is a casual position including weekday and weekend shifts.

• Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the internal team
• Work closely with teams including ecommerce & digital, brand and product and distribution to ensure a seamless customer experience.

ROLE OBJECTIVES: 

• Provide our customers with a fast and reliable service by ensuring all orders are shipped within our KPI targets
• Follow picking and dispatching processes to ensure accurate fulfilment 
• Process returns as quickly and thoroughly as possible and ensure damaged, worn or unsaleable returns are not processed

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Fulfilment

• Understanding and operating our WMS 
• Picking orders without error  to ensure customers receive the correct items in the right colour/style and size.
• Despatching orders and printing shipping labels, meeting pickup target KPI’s
• Restocking and cleaning the shipstation and keeping the Distribution Centre in a clean and organised state
• Stock replenishment and general inventory management tasks

Receiving / Goods In

• Unpacking stock and marking of purchase orders
• Counting / Scanning items into WMS
• Scanning items into locations
• Tagging products following our product tagging guidelines
• Clean and consolidate inventory when needed.
• Carry out stock-take when needed.
• Replenish stock to pick zones daily

Returns

• Check garments for faults or any signs it’s been worn.
• Process return or issue gift certificate and email customer from template.
• Add inventory back into WMS
• If you receive any replies from customers not satisfied with the outcome of their return - Escalate to the customer service team.
