GENERAL TERMS

The following terms apply to all promotions and discounts: 

  • VRG GRL reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit entries that do not comply with Terms & Conditions of entry. This includes conduct which is thought to be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of VRG GRL.
  • VRG GRL reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel a discount or promotion at any time, without prior notice. 
  • Discount codes cannot be applied manually to orders once placed and partial refunds are not able to be issued for the equivalent of the discount. If the discount is not applied correctly during checkout, please contact our Customer Success Team (info@vrggrl.com) within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for repurchase, subject to warehouse processing. 
  • No rainchecks; prizes and/or discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
  • Prizes and/or discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Prizes and/or discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 
  • All discounts are valid for one use only, unless otherwise stated.

  • By supplying your details, you agree to receive email communication including the latest news & offers.
  • Competition entry is only valid for new subscribers.
  • One (1) winner will be drawn at random every 3 months.
  • No purchase is required to enter this competition.
  • If unsuccessful, you will not be notified.
  • The one (1) chosen winner will be notified via their nominated email address.
  • The prize consists of one (1) x $250AUD VRG GRL e-gift voucher.
  • The supplied voucher will expire 12 months after the date of issue.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

  • Customers may be eligible to receive a $10 AUD discount code when a product review is submitted.
  • To be eligible, a customer must receive an automatically generated request email.
  • A minimum star rating does not apply to be eligible to receive this offer.
  • One code per order will be issued. A limit of one voucher per week, per person applies.
  • A minimum order value of $50 AUD applies to redeem this discount. 
  • Codes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.

  • 15% discount is valid for eligible customers only.

VRG GRL REWARDS

GENERAL

  • Club Monterosso is VRG GRL's rewards program.
  • The program is free to enter. You can join here.
  • By subscribing to Club Monterosso you are agreeing to VRG GRL’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 
  • By creating a VGR GRL account, you are automatically enrolled into the Club Monterosso rewards program. 
  • Club Monterosso is available for all users where we offer shipping.
  • There is no minimum spend to collect points.
  • All Club Monterosso members will receive 1 point for every $1 AUD spent. 
  • Minimum spends and expiry dates apply to voucher rewards. Please see ‘points redemption’ terms and conditions.
  • Loyalty points will expire 365 days from the date the points were earned if you have not placed any subsequent orders within the 365 day period.
  • If you do place subsequent orders, your points will rollover and the new expiry date will be based on the date of the latest points you received.
  • Tier levels are based on a set annual spend as outlined on our Rewards Page.
  • The annual spend amount is not calculated based on the calendar year.
  • Annual spend is based on a dynamic 12-month period which starts when a customer first reaches a certain tier.

POINTS REDEMPTION

  • There is no minimum spend to collect points.
  • All Club Monterosso members will receive 1 point for every $1 AUD spent. 
  • Points expiry occurs when you have not placed an order using your account within a 365 day period.
  • If you have placed any subsequent orders within the 365 day period since last receiving points, all points will roll over for a further 365 days from when the latest points were earned.
  • VRG GRL Reward points can be redeemed for vouchers, as per the information on our rewards page here. 
  • Once you redeem points for a voucher, you are not able to request a reversal back for points.  
  • All redeemed vouchers will expire 3 months from the original date of issue.
  • Minimum spends apply when redeeming vouchers. A $150AUD minimum applies for $10AUD, $20AUD and $30AUD vouchers, and a $200AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $50AUD and $100AUD. 
  • Minimum order values exclude the cost of shipping.
  • Points from multiple email addresses may be combined at the discretion of our Customer Success team. To make an enquiry - please contact our team at info@vrggrl.com 
  • All vouchers offered are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Points must be redeemed during checkout. They are not able to be redeemed retrospectively. 
  • When eligible returns are made, where a loyalty voucher was part of the returned amount, respective points will automatically be reversed for future use and will be available for view within your VRG GRL account.

BIRTHDAY POINTS

  • As per our reward tiers, all Club Monterosso members are eligible to receive a birthday reward on their nominated date of birth. 
  • Birthday rewards are given in the form of loyalty points, which can be redeemed for vouchers (the amount of points you receive will be 100, 200, 300, or 500 depending on your current tier). 
  • The specific birthday reward amount you receive per calendar year will depend upon the tier you are in when your birthday email is triggered.
  • Only Club Monterosso members who have entered their birth date will receive this benefit.
  • All members are eligible for one (1) birthday reward per calendar year. 
  • To add your birth date, please do so via our rewards page here. If your birthday is within 30 days from the date you enter this information, your reward will be granted in delay. Please allow up to 30 days.
  • When you receive your birthday SMS or email (depending on your subscription choices), click the link to automatically redeem your points for a corresponding voucher.
  • Birthday points are valid for 365 days after the date the points were earned. Once redeemed, points redemption T&Cs apply.  
  • Points cannot be applied retrospectively to orders once placed and partial refunds are not able to be issued for the equivalent of loyalty points.
  • If the discount is not applied correctly, please contact our Customer Success Team within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for repurchase, subject to warehouse processing.
  • Customers do not have the option to edit their birthdays once inputted.
  • If your date of birth (day or month is listed incorrectly, please reach out to our customer success team so this can be updated manually. We are not able to update the year of birth once entered. 

REFER A FRIEND

  • Send a friend (referee) a $20 AUD voucher to use on their first purchase.
  • For the chance to receive a referral voucher, you must supply a valid referee’s email address and they must redeem their offer.
  • If they redeem the referral offer, you as the referrer will receive a $20 AUD credit (given as 200 VRG GRL points).
  • Email addresses are subject to email verification. 
  • Referrals are available for new customers only, who have never made a purchase. 
  • To use the referee voucher a minimum order value of $130 AUD applies.
  • By referring a friend, this does not automatically subscribe them to ongoing email marketing. Referrals will be sent two (2) emails regarding the referral opportunity.
  • By accepting a referral you are agreeing to VRG GRL’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 
  • Referral vouchers expire 1 month from the original date of redemption.
  • Reward members referral points are valid in accordance with the rewards Terms and Conditions.
  • Discounts are not valid on gift vouchers or the cost of shipping.

STORE CREDITS & GIFT CARDS

STORE CREDIT

  • Store Credits are issued upon the return of an order, or if an item has been deemed as having a manufacturer damage/fault by our customer success team. 
  • If your Store Credit does not cover the value of your order, the rest of your order can be fulfilled using other payment methods available at checkout. 
  • There is no minimum spend required to use a Store Credit.
  • Your Store Credit will be sent to you in a separate email. To use it, simply copy and paste the code into the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout. Ensure the code applies correctly before completing your order, as we are not able to manually apply Store Credits after your order has been placed.
  • If you are not able to locate this email, please ensure you check any junk, spam or promotions folders within your inbox. If you are still unable to find this email, please reach out to our customer success team on info@vrggrl.com to have your Store Credit details re-sent.
  • Store Credit expiry dates cannot be extended. 
  • Customers can use loyalty points or other promotional/discount codes in conjunction with Store Credits.
  • Any products purchased with a Store Credit that need to be returned will only be eligible for a Store Credit. No cash refunds.

GIFT CARD

  • VRG GRL Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed both in-store and online.
  • Gift Cards are currently only available for customers shopping within Australia. 
  • If your Gift Card does not cover the value of your order, the rest of your order can be fulfilled using other payment available at checkout. 
  • There is no minimum spend required to use a Gift Card.
  • When purchased, your Gift Card will be sent through in a separate email. To use it, simply copy and paste the code into the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout. Ensure the code applies correctly before completing your order, as we are not able to manually apply Gift Card codes after your order has been placed.
