Digital Marketing Coordinator
BRISBANE HQ, FULL TIME
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Digital & Ecommerce team to achieve its goals. The role is responsible for building Email and Performance marketing campaigns within digital marketing platforms and assisting the team with day to day tasks where necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Building & Upkeep
- Coordinating necessary assets and copy and building email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo as directed by the CRM Specialist.
- Coordinating necessary assets and copy and building SMS marketing campaigns within Yotpo as directed by the CRM Specialist.
- Updating CRM monthly flow assets as directed by CRM Specialist.
- Coordinating necessary assets and copy and building ads within Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest as directed by the Performance Media Executive.
Briefing & Campaign Creation
- Researching and bringing to the team ideas for Email & Advertising content.
- Assisting the team with briefing of content for various channels.
- Assisting with copy ideation where necessary.
Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks
- Helping with weekly and monthly reporting tasks by collating necessary data.
- Other Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU:
- 1+ years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Communications or Marketing desirable.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo or similar platforms is desirable.
- Organised self starter, with a strong attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude with motivation to learn and grow.

Retail Store Assistant
SYDNEY, FULL TIME & CASUAL
As a Retail Sales Assistant at VRG GRL, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect look while providing exceptional service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring our store and the service provided reflects our brand image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalised assistance to meet their needs, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with VRG GRL collections, instore and online promotions to provide informed style advice and accurate information to customers.
- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, including organising merchandise, restocking items, and ensuring displays are attractive and on-brand.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and safe for customers and staff at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, prising stock and maintaining an organised stockroom and store.
- Assist in setting up and executing store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales efficiently.
- Efficiently process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Process Refunds / Store Credits / Exchanges accurately following brand policies and terms of sale.
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Complete any Ad Hoc tasks assigned.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Keen eye for style.

Graphic Designer
BRISBANE HQ, FULL TIME
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in helping to translate our brand vision into compelling graphics across various platforms. You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer, and collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to help develop innovative design concepts that resonate with our brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graphic Design
- Conceptualise, design, and execute graphic elements for various projects including designing for launches, collections and promo campaigns in line with the campaign brief or Creative Directors vision
- Designing various EDMs and social media content.
- Design and execute the website & app branding assets; including homepage banners, footers and content blocks.
- Photograph and deep etch products for ghost images.
- Photo retouching for shoots.
- Video editing for campaigns and shoots.
- Design and execute new branding for packaging etc.
- Help with creating various graphic design tasks (job ads, sales graphics etc).
Brand Identity Maintenance
- Ensure consistency and integrity of brand identity across all visual elements, maintaining brand guidelines while also exploring new creative directions to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Trend Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in graphic design.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, the broader Marketing team, and product team to understand requirements, provide creative input, and ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives are portrayed across each platform
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years experience in Graphic Design - Fashion industry preferred
- Strong creative vision and an ability to translate ideas into visually impactful designs.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Canva and Capcut.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are polished and professional.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams while managing independent tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and project challenges.

Ecommerce Assistant
BRISBANE HQ, FULL TIME
As an E-commerce Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our online retail team, ensuring the smooth upload and preparation of all our products for sale. Your role will primarily focus on the product upload process but also encompass various other aspects of online retail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Product Uploads
- Coordinating and uploading photography
- Assisting with product name development and product colour lists
- Ensuring accurate product details
- Measuring garments
- Liaising with the shoot team to coordinate model details
- Adding all relevant product tags
- Thoroughly checking all products before go-live to ensure complete accuracy in details
Restock & Markdown Product Processes
- Assisting with the restock product process which includes adding/removing of tags, cross checking against future restocks, and upkeep of the back in stock category
- Assisting with the end of season markdown process which includes preparing all product with relevant tags
Other
- General website maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to OOS’s, upkeep of back in stock category, upkeep of most loved category
- Cross checking all categories are in navigation after each new drop
- Continuous monitoring of the website
- Assist with any other product management admin

Social Media Coordinator
BRISBANE HQ, FULL TIME
The Social Media Coordinator will be integral in developing, implementing, and maintaining VRG GRL’s social media presence. You’ll be responsible for executing social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of current trends and a passion for storytelling through social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement Social Media Strategy
Increase brand awareness and engagement by crafting comprehensive social media content.
Content Creation & Curation
Help to Produce and curate engaging content, including visuals, captions, graphics and videos, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Scheduling & Publishing
Responsible for managing the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, while maintaining a cohesive brand message.
Engagement & Monitoring
Responsible for actively monitoring social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities. Compile and analyse performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis & Growth Opportunities
Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly TikTok, evaluate performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborative Campaign Development
Collaborate with the creative team to generate brand specific and relevant content for social media based on the strategy for each platform.
Brand Consistency
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and communication materials, working closely with the Brand Manager to maintain a cohesive visual identity and messaging strategy.
Community Management
Responsible for actively monitoring and managing VRG GRL’s social media platforms, responding to comments and DM’s (where necessary) in a timely and thoughtful manner. Foster relationships with our followers by engaging with UGC, influencers, and our broader online community. Track and report on community sentiment following posts, communicating key takeaways and flagging any issues with leadership.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in fashion or beauty.
- Familiarity with content creation tools.
- Passionate about social media, with a particular interest in TikTok.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative flair for engaging an audience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
